It is produced in lightweight tan cotton. There is extremely minor wear and discoloration only. There are four plain pockets with scalloped flaps. There is a three button closure and all buttons are gilt metal with the naval eagle. The shoulder boards are the hard type, produced in navy blue wool with three metallic tresse
