Smith Woodhouse, Vintage other_regions There is slightly more depth

Smith Woodhouse, Vintage other_regions There is slightly more depthDark blackish purple. Rich, soft, black cherries. Very very sweet and powerful and alcoholic, so much so that it is quite difficult to even discern the tannins but they are there. Is this just a bit too brutal and raw? It is extremely young but it does have all the ingredients there.

Description

There is slightly more depth here than in the Pougets though it’s less fine as well

lower acidity than many Right Banks

with superripe flavors of cherry liqueur

I was surprised though by the absence of the usual excellent complexity though it’s entirely possible that this will develop more than I presently imagine with time in bottle

Feels more evolved than some of the others
