Our tomahawk steaks are individually vacuum packed in the following sizes:

Our bone is slow cooked for 48-hours and made in small batches using only our certified grass-fed beef bones

Each pack contains 2 grass fed lamb hearts and weighs about 1 pound

The steaks are cut to 1/4 inch thickness and are perfect to throw on a hot grill or pan before slicing thin and enjoying

Once an animal is harvested, we collect the hides from the butcher and bring them back to the farm where we flesh and salt the hides ourselves. After the salting process, we send them to a custom tannery where we let the pros finish the process. The tannery uses an electrified tanning process which can take anywhere between 4 to 6 months and the result is truly
