On this day a couple of weeks ago there was a light snowfall in the city which allows the blueish hue of the building to standout on the overcast day in the city

While returning back on the bridge towards San Francisco

As I was headed out on a short afternoon hike I walked past some fuel tanks and noticed the afternoon light casting a shadow on one of them

Fall is definitely in the air in Denver and the color is also visible along Speer Blvd

On this day in October 2009 some early snow fell in the city which was interesting as the snow line was quite obvious throughout the city especially on the lawn of the capitol building

Tree in Washington Park during the Fall Size:24"x36" On this day a coupleThere is a tree in Denver's Washington Park which I have photographed a handful of times. I was thinking of photographing this on my way home from picking up some film which was just processed. The late afternoon light was lighting up the remaining fall colors on a nice November day, and as I explored the different angles of the tree I decided to include the sun in this photograph as it had not been possible on the other days at Washington Park.
