It echoes our belief that great whisky starts in the field, featuring a malted landrace rye grown near Sandigo, NSW that has adapted to droughts, floods and storms to evolve into its own distinct rye strain. It marries heritage rye with a softer pale malt whisky, gently matured in heavily charred American oak
