Mezan Guyana 2011 Rum 70cl Morrison & Mackay Ltd brie with mango chutneyProduced in Guyana at the Diamond Distillery in 2011 from molasses and distilled in four column stills, aged in ex bourbon casks and bottled in 2022 aged 11 years (3 years tropical and 8 years European). Elegant nose with delicate oak spice, some soft apricot and white fruits, capsicum notes, a little honeyed vanilla. Rounded and well balanced on the palate with some light oak, five spice and dried fruit on the lingering finish.
