On a summer morning I headed to a park in Uptown to photograph the skyline of the city

When taking an image like this the direction of light is important and as it was shining in my direction I had to be careful for lens flare in the camera itself

It isn't uncommon at all for it to snow in Colorado early and late in the typical winter months

Rocks along the Beach Size:11"x14" When visiting VictoriaAs I stood in the pre dawn light on the beach in Hawaii, I noticed two rocks in the sand which the tide was coming to during each rotation of water. Using the low light I set up my tripod to capture the two rocks and the motion of the water with a longer exposure. Once my image was framed I wait for the water to move up the beach and let extended shutter opening turn the water into a dream like state.
