Manoir De Gay, Pomerol, France 2016 Banyuls it's a day drinkerSuperb Pomerol for 2nd wine of Le Gay. Stunning complex nose! Pours a medium dark Ruby clear red. Where do I start on the nose! Oaky smokey soggy cigars, Stone, washed minerals, wet earthy leaves, dark plum blackberry with sweet vanilla. I love the nose! On the palette a silky smooth warming medium body cherry berry light earth swish giving medium+ finish with hint of green at end so could age more.
