The vineyard is cultivated according to Organic agriculture and biodynamic methods. Soil is limestone from Buzanais and Limestone lits suprieurs on lower Kimmeridgien'. Nose of pear, honey, acacia flower, wet stone, a little touch of grapefruit. With aeration, stone and citrus take over.
