The first pressing is fermented in acacia wooden barrels before second pressing and fermentation in stainless steel for 14 days with malolactic fermentation

Deep ruby in appearance, it is built around a core of juicy fruits; plum, ripe cherry, raspberry and touches of bramble. These are complemented by spice, sweet wood and soft tannins on a velvety palate with a eucalyptus touch on the finish. Try with tuna steak, fresh warm salads, or simple lamb dishes.
