The tiny heart is only about 4mm wide and 7. 4mm long. I can add one initial to the heart. It will only fit one initial. This necklace is meant to be very dainty and delicate looking but is very sturdy and well made with a solid sterling silver heart. Model is wearing about 17" chain.
